Plastic Closures have been working with MAS to help with their progress on continuous improvement and have implemented Lean tools such as 5S, TPM and visual management. The most recent project is based on Value stream mapping and developing a long term action plan to help embed CI into the culture of the organisation and implementing improvements through the whole value stream, from Sales, Production control, supply chain and the manufacturing process.
